Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for access to Stripe accounts—humans, agents, and apps. You’ll collaborate with founders, admins, and developers to design secure, scalable identity experiences.

You’ll lead agent-as-principal design, drive least-privilege access with custom roles, and push secretless authentication while coordinating with Dashboard, API Platform, Security, Payments, and Money Movement teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PM shipping platform or infrastructure products.
• Background in security, identity, auth, or developer platforms.
• Experience talking to users to uncover real problems.
• Technical fluency to discuss authorization with engineers.
• Bias toward experimentation over big-bang launches.
• Comfort setting direction in a still-evolving space across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design the access experience for principals, humans, agents, and apps.
• Design for agents as a new principal with authentication and permissions.
• Drive least privilege with custom roles and permission defaults.
• Push toward a secretless authentication approach (Workload Identity Federation).
• Collaborate with Dashboard, API Platform, Security, Payments, and Money Movement teams.
