Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the access control experience for accounts, agents, and apps. You will set the vision and roadmap by talking directly to founders, admins, and developers who use Stripe access.

You will design granting access, define agent authentication and permissions, push least privilege, and pursue secretless authentication. You will partner across Dashboard, API Platform, Security, Payments and Money Movement to ship, learn, and iterate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management shipping platform or infrastructure products.
• Background in security, identity, auth, or developer platforms.
• Habit of talking to users to uncover real problems, not just reported ones.
• Technical fluency to work with engineers on authorization design.
• Bias toward experimentation over big-bang launches.
• Comfort setting direction in a space that is still being invented, across teams you don't manage.

Responsibilities

• Design the experience of granting access, everywhere.
• Make agents a first-class citizen with authentication and permissions.
• Drive least privilege with roles and usage-based defaults.
• Push toward secretless authentication as the default integration approach.
• Partner across Dashboard, API Platform, Security, Payments and Money Movement.
• Ship, learn, and iterate based on real usage and data.
