Job summary

Farm Family, a leader in farm and ranch protection, seeks a Product Manager I to drive growth and profitability for its lines of business with limited oversight. You will work with regional teams and business partners to execute growth initiatives and support pricing, product features, and market strategy.

The role reports to senior product leadership and requires collaboration across underwriting, marketing, and claims to deliver integrated product solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four to six years of industry experience.
• One year of Product Management experience or four years in underwriting/actuarial/related fields.
• Basic understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for growth and profitability for the assigned LOB or Region with YoY targets.
• Identify potential vendors and strategic partners to enhance value.
• Develop market-focused growth strategies in collaboration with Underwriting and Marketing.
• Lead and mentor product management teammates and foster idea-sharing.
• Review pricing and features to support a holistic business strategy across divisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan market research, prospecting campaigns, and branding efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Underwriting, Claims, and agencies to address loss drivers.
