Job summary

Farm Family seeks a Product Manager I to drive growth and profitability for an assigned LOB or Region, with guidance from the Leader of Product Management. You will partner with regional teams and internal partners to identify and execute growth initiatives and deliverables.

This is an on-site, full‑time role based in Omaha, with opportunities to influence pricing, marketing and product strategy. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of industry experience, plus a track record in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Four to six years industry experience.
• One year of Product Management experience or four years underwriting/actuarial experience.
• Basic understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance products.
• Understanding of the product life cycle.
• Ability to travel on behalf of the company.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization and initiative.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with agents, underwriting and actuarial.

Responsibilities

• Grow and profitability for assigned LOB or Region, with YoY targets and rate plan oversight.
• Identify potential vendors to offer value-added services.
• Develop comprehensive market growth strategies with underwriting and marketing.
• Mentor and develop the product management team and encourage idea sharing.
• Review pricing and features; coordinate across distribution, marketing, underwriting and claims.
