Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own growth and profitability for a designated line of business or region. The role focuses on developing a product and pricing strategy, collaborating with agents and clients, and guiding risk management while mentoring other product managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years of industry experience.
• 4 years in Product Management or minimum of eight years in underwriting/actuarial or other industry experience with at least two years of Product Management experience.
• Experience and knowledge of project management.
• Experience and knowledge of risk segmentation.
• Experience and knowledge of insurance pricing.
• Ability to travel on behalf of the company.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns growth and profitability for assigned LOB or Region, including YoY growth targets and developing/achieving rate plans.
• Overlooks vendor management and partnerships for LOB/region initiatives.
• Identify new focus markets and create a strategy to profitably grow markets; conduct agent/client workshops.
• Assess and mitigate risks; provide industry intelligence to senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop the product management team.
