Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. in Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Product Manager I, AIS to drive development, lifecycle management and commercialization of infusion pump devices and accessories.

Qualifications

  • Ensure alignment with healthcare regulatory standards in collaboration with internal team.

Position Summary:

The Product Manager I, AIS position supports the development, lifecycle management, and commercialization of all downstream activities related to on market B. Bruan infusion pump devices and related accessories. This role partners cross-functionally with engineering, clinical, regulatory, marketing, and sales teams to ensure safe, effective, and competitive infusion solutions that meet customer and patient needs. The position will contribute to product strategy execution, assist with new product development initiatives, and support ongoing product performance in the market.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties
  • Manages overall profitability of complex product line (large dollar volume, major product development). Support product lifecycle activities from concept through commercialization
  • Responsible for the development, implementation and control of marketing programs to maintain and increase market share and profits.
    • Assist in gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) insights from clinicians, nurses, and stakeholders
    • Conduct competitive analysis and market research for infusion systems
    • Develops and administers launch plans for new or revised products, creates and administers strategies for increasing market share of existing products, and assists in retirement and communication planning for product decommissioning. -Evaluates performance of marketing initiatives and revises strategy in response.
  • Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams on product requirements and documentation
  • Contribute to product launch planning, training materials, and sales enablement tools
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and post-market surveillance data
  • Ensure alignment with healthcare regulatory standards in collaboration with internal team.
  • Participates in planning of sales promotions or other special events, such as conferences, trade shows, or user meetings.
