Position Summary
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
  • Lead product launches of new generic injectable drugs for the hospital care and outpatient markets through internal cross functional work with key project teams.
  • Effectively manage products from pre-commercialization phase through post-launch including forecasting, inventory planning, competitive analysis, go-to-market strategy
  • Acts as US liaison to B. Braun Global Pharma Center of Excellence (COE) colleagues for injectable drug strategy, supports and leads US strategy involvement relative to the global program and local strategy execution
  • Develops units, revenue and profitability forecast for complex/multiple product
  • Responsible for the development, implementation and control of marketing programs to maintain and increase market share
  • Impacts organization by providing strategic direction for assigned product lines thereby positively impacting company revenue and operating profit.
  • Manages all promotional activities related to product
  • Coordinates and assists with in house sales training programs related to product
  • Actively participates in Global Network Team (GNT) to represent BBMUS market
  • Maintains product group operating budget.

Compensation and Benefits

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.

Salary Range: $140,000-$155,000
