Job summary

RS Medical in Vancouver, Washington, is seeking a Product Manager to own the product lifecycle from development through commercialization. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales to deliver patient-focused solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support product lifecycle management activities from development through commercialization.
  • Assist in development of product strategies, marketing plans, and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop training and support commercial activities.
  • Assist with product launches, business case development, pricing and go-to-market planning.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, training materials, and content.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support and lead cross-functional project teams by helping track timelines, deliverables, and project objectives.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and customer-facing events as needed.

What You'll Do

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Product Management or a related role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience in medical devices, durable medical equipment (DME), orthopedics, neurology, pain management, or healthcare industries.
  • Experience supporting product launches or commercialization activities.
  • Experience creating technical documentation, product requirements, or training materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather market insights and translate customer needs into product improvements.
