Thatch is seeking a Product Manager to shape the financial infrastructure that powers our health budget platform. You will own the ledger, money movement, and banking strategy, partnering with engineering, finance, and compliance to deliver reliable, compliant financial systems.

You will drive the roadmap for how funds flow—from employer funding to member reimbursements—balancing reliability, unit economics, and new product opportunities in a regulated environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management for payments or financial infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of money movement, ledgers, reconciliation.
• Strong technical fluency; collaborates with engineers on APIs and data models.
• Experience in regulated environments requiring reliability and compliance.
• Ability to own complex products end-to-end and make trade-offs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Thatch's financial infrastructure.
• Build and evolve the unified ledger for reconciliation and treasury.
• Make money movement more reliable and scalable across payments and banking integrations.
• Improve economics of holding and moving funds including treasury management.
• Evaluate opportunities in card issuing, credit, and other financial products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to design scalable, auditable systems.
