Job summary

Arrow Tool Group, based in Saddle Brook, NJ, is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to drive a consumer-first portfolio in the hand tools and home improvement space. On-site role reporting to Marketing, responsible for lifecycle, pricing, and go-to-market execution across channels.

You will lead development through gate processes, collaborate with Asia-based partners on cost and tooling, and own the launch calendar with a data-driven approach to post-launch performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of product management, product development, or product marketing experience in consumer products.
• Track record of launched products with commercial results.
• Genuine consumer-centricity focusing on jobs-to-be-done and shopper decision moments.
• Go-to-market fluency including pricing, positioning, packaging, content and retail activation.
• Exceptional communication: concise writing and executive level presentations.
• Strong organization and process discipline; experience with stage/gate or similar processes.
• International working experience with cross-border partners preferred; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Capture consumer insights from market, retail aisles, reviews and data to frame consumer jobs and unmet needs.
• Own portfolio lifecycle, revenue, gross margin, pricing, and rationalization.
• Lead development through gated processes; write clear market/product requirements for engineering and sourcing.
• Build GTM plans with marketing, sales and digital commerce; manage launch calendar and content.
• Collaborate with Asia-based partners on feasibility, cost, tooling, and quality standards.
• Track post-launch performance and adjust strategy based on data.
