The candidate should have a graduate-level degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in product management, and insurance-industry knowledge. Pervasive data analysis and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate or professional degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in product management or a related role.
• Strong market awareness and ability to shape policy language strategy.
• Prior leadership experience or potential.
• AIC designation and Property/Casualty license required.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to derive clear metrics.
• Understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory landscape.
• Experience driving cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Product Analysts and business partners.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to implement product initiatives.
• Manage profit/loss, growth, forecasting and budgeting metrics.
• Educate partners at all levels about product changes.
• Supervise team members as assigned.
• Develop/maintain product lines, pricing analysis, and regulatory filings.
• Create 2–5 year strategic product plans.
• Align with PEMCO brand and ethics.
