Job summary

Integrated Services seeks a Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of dealer-facing digital products that reduce vehicle downtime and improve repair efficiency. You will define product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics to empower internal teams and dealerships globally.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science and business stakeholders worldwide to deliver platforms that improve dealer efficiency and service experiences, aligning with the client's mission to care

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in tech.
Proven ability to use Jira for agile project management.
Domain knowledge of hardware/software products or consumer digital products.
Experience launching products in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication; PRDs.
Familiarity with Agile software development.

Responsibilities

Define the strategic vision and roadmap for dealer-facing software products.
Translate business needs into actionable product requirements; deliver high-impact tools and platforms.
Drive experimentation and data-driven decision making across cross-functional teams.
Balance near-term priorities with long-term platform strategy; ensure scalability.
Build strong relationships with global teams and understand service operations.
