Job summary

TikTok is seeking new grads to join the Client Incentive team, which builds the global incentive platform powering billions in advertising incentives. You will help design policies, configure incentives, enroll customers, track execution, settle, govern, and provide transparency for advertisers and agencies across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Comfortable working with data and ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for building products that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English to collaborate with global partners.

Responsibilities

• Build products that support the end-to-end incentive lifecycle, including policy configuration, enrollment, execution, settlement, and reporting.
• Analyze complex business workflows and identify opportunities to improve automation, usability, and operational efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and drive product execution from concept to launch.
• Leverage AI technologies, including LLMs and workflow automation, to improve policy understanding, issue diagnosis, and operational productivity.
• Use data to identify customer pain points, measure product impact, and prioritize product investments.
• Partner with global stakeholders across North America, Europe, APAC, and LATAM to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
