Job summary

21Shares US is seeking a Product Manager to own the ongoing success of a fund platform, translating business outcomes into scalable capabilities across back‑office, middle, and front‑office workflows. You will partner closely with stakeholders and engineers to understand system constraints, evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritize investments for ROI, risk reduction, and scalability.

This role sits in the technology organization and reports to the SVP of Technology Products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, business analysis, or a product-adjacent role with exposure to fund workflows such as order management, execution controls, post-trade processing, or portfolio operations tooling in an institutional setting.
• Experience working with internal platforms, trading workflows, or data systems.
• Ability to trace how business requirements interact with platform architecture and surface structured tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end platform delivery for fund requirements through engineering, QA, and go-live.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requests into system-aware platform requirements based on ROI, risk reduction, and scalability.
• Conduct user interviews and workflow observations to derive requirements from direct observation.
• Collaborate with engineering to understand constraints and deliver features that reduce risk and enable cross-fund opportunities.
• Lead scoping of critical workflows, define interface requirements, and coordinate across teams.
• Use AI natively across the product development workflow: research synthesis, spec generation, workflow automation, and prototyping.
