Atlas Search is seeking a Product Manager to own a new line for 34 Act registered funds (interval funds, tender funds, BDCs) on the Alternative Investments Platform. Qualifications

• 5-9+ years in product management, project management, or client-facing fund operations in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of alternative investment fund structures (registered funds, interval funds, BDCs).
• Familiarity with the 40 Act and 34 Act, including periodic SEC filings, is a plus.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs across GP, distribution partner, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery for the registered funds line and related platform features.
• Co-manage fund launches with origination team and coordinate fund finance, investor relations, legal, compliance, and tech.
• Configure platform settings (share classes, fees, reporting) and perform UAT before launch.
• Collaborate with GP Relationship Manager and distribution to keep wealth-management partners operationally squared away.

Product Manager, Registered Funds (AVP/VP) — Alternative Investments Platform

A fast-growing fintech platform that powers the alternative investment marketplace for wealth managers, RIAs, and banks — servicing $200B+ in client assets across 1,600+ funds — is building out a new line of business dedicated to '34 Act registered funds (interval funds, tender offer funds, BDCs) and looking for a Product Manager to own it end to end.

You'd be the central point of contact for a General Partner's registered fund(s) — co-managing fund launches with the origination team, coordinating fund finance, investor relations, legal, compliance, and tech, and owning platform configuration (share classes, fees, reporting) and UAT before launch. You'd also work alongside the GP's dedicated Relationship Manager and the distribution side of the house to keep wealth management partners operationally squared away.

What you'll need:

• 5-9+ years in product management, project management, or client-facing fund operations in financial services
• Real depth on alternative investment fund structures — registered funds (interval funds, tender offer funds, BDCs) or complex private funds strongly preferred
• Familiarity with the '40 Act and '34 Act, including periodic SEC filings, is a plus
• Comfortable owning multi-stakeholder projects across GP, distribution partner, and internal teams
