Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Product Manager to own the technology roadmap for outbound fulfillment, including order management, picking, packing, and shipping. You will partner with warehouse ops, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to improve speed, accuracy, and customer delivery experience.

Responsibilities include prioritizing roadmaps, breaking them into features, and designing tests and metrics to guide decisions. Strong collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems and fulfillment operations.
• Strong data analysis, KPI development, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in supply chain, warehousing, or fulfillment operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for technology and processes supporting outbound fulfillment.
• Prioritize the product roadmap and feature backlog based on impact and strategy.
• Break roadmaps into releasable features and write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design testing, measurement, and telemetry to validate hypotheses.
• Coordinate planning, launches, incidents, risks, dependencies, and communications.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
