Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Outbound and Flow team within Fulfillment Technologies. You will drive vision and strategy, ingest shipments from SCOT, and optimize FC operations across regions.

Lead cross-functional efforts to deliver scalable software features, collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams, and push initiatives across director portfolios to improve DEA, speed, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

• Set a holistic vision for products and technologies in development.
• Manage relationships with leadership across AFT and stakeholders.
• Drive strategy and planning for expansion and year-over-year investments.
• Develop strong internal relationships and drive cross-team alignment.
• Establish priorities across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
• Unblock challenges and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Development, Operations, Science, and EHS teams to deliver on strategic goals.
• Report monthly/quarterly business reviews and yearly strategy documents.
