Highway, a leading freight tech provider in North America, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to execute the product strategy with urgency and customer focus. You will translate business goals into actionable requirements, work with engineers in agile sprints, and drive end-to-end development from discovery to launch.

Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success is essential to drive adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experienced product manager with a proven track record delivering on product requirements and timelines.
• Background in logistics and transportation software is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Comfortable with SQL, JIRA, Salesforce, Figma and Intercom.
• Experience with agile software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to work closely with developers and technical teams.
• Strong decision quality, critical thinking, and problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Able to take direction and execute to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and set delivery timelines.
• Translate business objectives and user insights into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineers to balance speed, quality, and feasibility.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and technical constraints.
• Act as the voice of the customer using feedback and data to inform decisions.
• Drive end-to-end product development from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
