Kroll's Global Real Estate Advisory team in San Francisco is seeking motivated new joiners for the Real Estate Advisory Group. You will perform market analysis, build financial models with Argus and Excel, and participate in client interviews to gather data.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Management or Economics.
• Major GPA of 3.0.
• Graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027.
• Authorized to work in Canada without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth industry, market and competitor research.
• Conduct local, national and international market analyses for REITs and entities.
• Design financial models using Argus and Excel for various valuation methods.
• Gather data through client interaction, including interviews with brokers and managers.
• Review surveys and trends and present results clearly.
