Responsibilities

The team develops a portfolio of four mobile applications in the Health & Fitness industry, with over 10 million users worldwide. Its goal is to inspire people to lead a conscious and active lifestyle and help them stay healthy and happy.

Задачи:

• Coordinate and develop the product team, participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing Product Managers, support the quality of product decisions, and build effective team collaboration
• Translate strategy into sub-goals, identify features and changes that support them, develop product plans, define KPIs for each stage, and adjust plans when needed
• Manage the product lifecycle from hypothesis to scaling, generate data-based ideas, design user scenarios, define requirements, and prioritize the backlog
• Visualize concepts using diagrams and mockups for designers
• Participate in testing, analyze feature impact on metrics, iteratively improve features, and close hypotheses
• Research users, audience needs, health and fitness trends, and competitors; turn insights into product growth hypotheses
• Track Retention, DAU/MAU, and conversions in Amplitude dashboards and identify the reasons for metric changes
• Integrate content into the product through personalization and recommendations, set data-based tasks for content managers, test formats to increase engagement and retention, and manage content metrics including views, conversions, and impact on Retention

Требования:

• At least 5 years of Product Manager experience, including managing complex B2C products
• Experience managing a team of Product Managers or mentoring and demonstrating leadership within a product organization
• Proven impact on key product and business metrics, including Retention, Revenue, LTV, Engagement, and Conversion
• Personal expertise or interest in a healthy lifestyle area such as physical activity, nutrition, mental health, sleep, or dietary supplements
• Actively use AI tools to solve work tasks and improve team efficiency
• Deep understanding of product analytics and data-driven approaches
• ability to formulate and test hypotheses, design experiments, and make data-based decisions
• Practical experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Firebase, or Google Analytics
• Strong product discovery and product delivery skills
• Experience developing roadmaps, managing priorities, and making decisions
• Understanding of UX principles and experience creating mobile user scenarios with designers
• Understanding of product marketing, activation, retention, and monetization funnels, and growth mechanisms for B2C products
• Practical experience with product frameworks such as Jobs To Be Done, Customer Journey Map, and Lean Canvas
• English proficiency at B2 level
