Responsabilidades

Adam Health is a London-based men’s health company that builds physical and digital products to help men understand their health and act on it. Its products include the Adam Health app, which is continuously developed, and a new consumer app in preparation for launch.

Lead the design of key consumer journeys, including onboarding, paywalls, first-use experience, engagement, and retention features Define and prioritise features with the Founder and engineering team, acting as product owner for the areas led Design with monetisation in mind, including subscriptions, trials, and pricing Make the product easy to share and suitable as content on social platforms Use AI design tools to explore and iterate quickly, then refine the work to a high standard Run a fast cycle of design, release, measurement, and improvement, using data to guide decisions

Proven experience designing consumer mobile apps, ideally subscription products A portfolio showing shipped onboarding flows, paywalls, or engagement features and their results Strong product sense and understanding of how design decisions affect conversion, retention, and revenue Confidence using AI tools in the design process Up to date with consumer app trends and active on platforms like X and TikTok Comfortable working at pace with a high level of autonomy Будет плюсом: experience in health, fitness, or wellness apps, motion and prototyping skills
