Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Product Manager for Fiat & FCM to own the end-to-end fiat product strategy for our regulated US trading platform and FCM services, including funds flow, routing, and settlement. You will drive banking-rail strategy, partner negotiations, and global expansion across markets and currencies.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with a CFTC/NFA-regulated FCM, futures broker, or regulated trading platform.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of payment rails across US and EU markets.
• Experience with direct bank integrations and commercial partnership negotiation.
• 7–10+ years of product leadership, with focus on payment infrastructure or regulated trading products.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling payment rails in real-time environments.

Responsibilities

• Own fiat funding and withdrawal experience for the FCM platform, including regulatory reporting.
• Select and integrate rails based on speed and cost (ACH, FedWire, FedNow/RTP, SEPA).
• Lead bank-partnership negotiations and technical integrations.
• Build and optimize global banking network across geographies.
• Design dynamic routing for rails based on currency, jurisdiction, speed, and risk.
• Develop institutional fiat solutions with segregated accounts and bulk APIs.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, and finance teams.
• Communicate effectively with globally distributed teams.
• Mentor and manage the product team to high performance.
