Job summary

Qualifications

• DCM and/or FCM futures product experience — or FCM growth-mode operator.
• Lead-level product ownership over a complex trading or markets surface end-to-end.
• Futures / markets fluency with knowledge of margins, order types, lifecycle.
• Evidence of shipping under regulatory, clearing, risk, or ops constraints.
• Cross-functional leadership without title theater.
• Data ownership and funnel instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the U.S. Exchange trading / futures roadmap and set milestones.
• Ship futures products traders actually use and determine which contracts and workflows to prioritise.
• Translate DCM/FCM processes into scalable product design.
• Operate at growth-mode pace, prioritise ruthlessly, and still ship with rising volume.
• Partner with risk, compliance, eng, and ops to align outcomes.
• Conduct trader research and feedback loops to distinguish behavior from statements.
• Own the numbers and measure impact on volume, engagement, and cadence.
