Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Product Manager, Fiat & FCM to own the end-to-end fiat product strategy for our regulated US trading platform. You will shape the money-movement infrastructure, including customer fund segregation, liquidity, and settlement speed, across markets and currencies.

You will drive banking-rail strategy, direct bank partnerships, and dynamic routing to support instant funding and withdrawals in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with a CFTC/NFA-regulated FCM or regulated trading platform.
• Deep knowledge of fiat funding, settlement, and regulatory fund handling.
• Strong background in payment rails (ACH, FedWire, FedNow, SEPA).
• Experience negotiating direct bank partnerships and SPDI charters is a plus.
• 7–10+ years in product leadership, focused on payment infrastructure or regulated trading.

Responsibilities

• Own fiat funding and withdrawal experience for the FCM platform, including fund segregation and regulatory reporting.
• Select and optimize payment rails for speed, cost, and reversibility across markets.
• Lead strategic bank partnerships, negotiations, and technical integrations.
• Build and scale a global fiat solution across geographies and currencies.
• Design and manage real-time payment orchestration and routing logic.
• Oversee institutional on-ramp with segregated bank accounts and bulk APIs.
