About Cloud Coach
Cloud Coach is a Salesforce-native Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform built for teams that deliver onboarding, projects, and ongoing services. Our software helps services organizations run delivery operations with less admin, clearer visibility, and better execution.
In 2025, we completed our first acquisition of JustOn, a German billing automation company, creating a 60+ person global organization that combines project management with financial automation capabilities.
Trusted by customers across multiple industries and regions, we're looking for team members who are excited to build relationships, drive value, and create meaningful outcomes as we scale.
About the Role
You own the what and the why for your product line — the problems worth solving, the outcomes that count, and when it ships. You lead a team of Requirements Engineers who turn your direction into the engineerable detail development builds from.
This is a direction-setting role, not a ticket-writing one. You explore and pre-vet solutions, make an idea real enough to decide on, then hand it to the right specialist at the right moment.
What You'll Own
- Problem definition and product direction. The problems worth solving, the outcomes that count, the success criteria. Your Requirements Engineers produce the engineerable requirements; you make sure they are aimed at the right problem, and you validate after launch that it shipped solved.
- The Requirements Engineering team. Requirements Engineers report to you — hiring, coaching, career development, and allocation across the roadmap. You define what "engineerable" means and hold that bar in review. The team is distributed across the US and Germany.
- The roadmap and the release date. Own the roadmap within the Now / Next / Later framework. Weigh bugs, feature requests, customer feedback, usage data, and competitive signal into one defensible order. Own the release date and keep the roadmap view accurate.
- Customer discovery. Run an average of two customer conversations per week, with pre-call research and post-call synthesis. Separate one-off requests from systemic signal, and turn recurring Customer Success and Support patterns into roadmap input.
- AI and agentic product direction. Shape what AI-powered features should do — customer problem, intended behavior, guardrails, success criteria. Validate trust, accuracy, and workflow fit with customers before launch.
- Release execution. Be the product voice in daily Prod/Dev standup and on in-flight scope decisions. Partner with Product Enablement on release readiness, give Sales and Customer Success the demo flows and edge-case context they need, and own post-release monitoring for adoption and regressions.
- Internal product expertise. First call across the company on how a feature works and what the intent was. Coordinate hot-account severity responses with Support.
What You Bring
Required
- Senior track record in B2B SaaS product management — direction, prioritization, and delivery owned from problem definition through launch. Depth and judgment matter more than years.
- Experience leading people or a specialist function, where your job was raising other people's output rather than producing all of it yourself.
- Prototypes at every level, and the judgment to know when to hand off. A UI sketch, a rough requirements draft, a positioning angle — never the finished artifact. You make an idea real enough to decide on, then pass it to the specialist at the right moment.
- Proven customer discovery — interviews, qualitative synthesis, and decisions you can defend.
- Operational fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, retrieval and prototyping workflows) and a point of view on how AI is changing the product management craft.
- Based in the US Eastern time zone, with reliable afternoon overlap with colleagues in Germany.
Preferred
- Salesforce ecosystem experience — ISV, AppExchange, or a Salesforce-native product team. Strongly preferred.
- Background in PSA, professional services operations, project management software, or Customer Success platforms.
- Experience shipping AI-powered or agentic features end to end.
- Experience working alongside a requirements engineering, business analysis, or technical product specialist function.
What We Bring (Compensation, Perks, Benefits)
- Base Salary Range: $100-$120,000, depending on experience
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits
- Monthly Health and Wellness Stipend
- Flexible PTO
- Hybrid work environment with the ability to work on-site in Fort Collins, Colorado, or fully remote in the EST time zone
- 401(k) matching up to $3,500 annually
