Job summary

Offprem Technology is seeking a Product Manager to own FastTrack's vision, roadmap, and delivery. This internal platform turns transcripts into requirements, data models, demos, and automated platform builds, accelerating deployments.

You’ll work closely with consultants, delivery leads, and Salesforce experts to shape AI workflows and repeatable offerings, driving faster implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; PM Certification (CSPO) or Salesforce AI/Data Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Solid understanding of AI capabilities, prompt logic, and agentic workflows to reduce manual execution effort.
• Hands‑on experience building, fine‑tuning, or configuring Large Language Models (LLMs) and custom AI agents.
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce Product Clouds (e.g., Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Core CRM) and implementation lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and define FastTrack's direction for upcoming releases.
• Ship core features end to end: transcript-to-requirements, data modeling, demo builds, automation, tests.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, and Salesforce leads to standardize AI workflows.
• Lead sprint planning, backlogs, PRDs, user stories, and release cycles with adoption work.
