Job summary

Navan is seeking a Senior Product Manager, ERP to scale our data and system integration products. You will own the end-to-end strategy for ERP integrations—connecting Navan directly into core client accounting ecosystems like NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, FinOps, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver seamless automated workflows that reduce manual expense reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Proven background in product management within FinTech, payments, data integrations, or ERP platforms.
• Deep understanding of accounting/finance workflows and ERP modules.
• Hands-on experience building/scaling end-to-end ERP integrations (NetSuite/Oracle/SAP).
• Strong client-facing skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage, expand, and maintain strategic technical relationships between Navan and major ERP providers.
• Own, develop, and communicate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERP integration offerings.
• Drive the product development lifecycle end-to-end with Design, Engineering, FinOps, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Educate internal execution teams and client stakeholders on ERP integration nuances and accounting impact.
• Proactively update, scale, and optimize data integrations, mappings, and automated reconciliation workflows.
• Produce clear product documentation for engineers and finance leaders.
• Leverage data metrics to prioritize dependencies and resolve ambiguity.
