Technical Product Manager, Mid-Level:

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of a key product area within a growing SaaS portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with users, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams to solve real-world problems in healthcare software—particularly around workflow integration, data interoperability, and client enablement.

In this role, you’ll own the roadmap, gather and translate requirements, write user stories, and drive cross-functional execution from ideation through commercialization. You’ll be instrumental in setting vision, refining processes, and helping scale a platform that integrates across the broader healthcare software landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for one or more areas within the portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners
  • Manage and communicate product roadmaps, capabilities, and commercial plans
  • Collaborate with engineering on feature development and prioritization
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and manage release documentation
  • Drive go-to-market efforts, including marketing collateral, sales enablement, pricing, and success metrics
  • Create and maintain training materials and product documentation
  • Serve as product liaison across multiple departments, aligning on KPIs and strategic direction
  • Contribute to secure, compliant data practices and uphold best-in-class customer service standards
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, transparency, and accountability
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing complex software products end-to-end in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, middleware, and enterprise data integration (ETL, data mapping, cleansing)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and product lifecycle tools
  • Knowledge of user experience workflows and embedded integration strategies (e.g., API, iFrame)
  • Proven ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excels in fast-paced, high-growth settings
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (MBA a plus)
  • Background in healthcare or revenue cycle management preferred; dental experience a bonus
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Success Looks Like

  • You drive clarity and focus across cross-functional teams
  • You lead with empathy and curiosity when working with clients and stakeholders
  • You consistently deliver on timelines and exceed expectations
  • You help shape the product in a way that accelerates both user satisfaction and company growth
