Job summary

Cast & Crew is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to define and drive the strategy and roadmap for our enterprise SaaS product suite. You will translate complex business needs into clear requirements and work with Sales, Customer Success, Implementations, and Payroll Operations to deliver high-impact features.

You will lead agile prioritization, collaborate with UX for a superior user experience, and guide go-to-market activities for new releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Product management experience with enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience with file and other asset management platforms strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for a business audience.
• Experience navigating complex platform integrations.
• Technical familiarity with asset management concepts (data indexing, OCR, cloud storage).
• Strong execution focus and ability to plan amidst ambiguity.
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and vision for your product using user research, interviews, and analytics.
• Build and maintain a high-value, feature-rich product roadmap.
• Understand relationships between your product, integrated products, and business processes.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Implementations, Support, and Payroll Operations to inform the roadmap.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives including system integrations.
• Prioritize and manage an agile backlog of features in a dynamic environment.
• Work with developers to ensure clear requirement communication via artifacts.
• Partner with UX to guide design and usability for a delightful product experience.
• Support go-to-market strategies for new features and launches.
