Job summary

Referment is seeking a product manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise AI tools within a global investment and technology business in New York.

You will own product strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery, evaluating vendor products and prototyping lightweight tools to support evaluation and adoption across internal teams.

You will also help build and manage a small team to maintain and support the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of product-management experience.
• Technical foundation with computer-science concepts.
• Experience managing vendor products and a demonstrated interest in AI.
• Background in human-centred design, analytics or application infrastructure.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmaps and integration programmes for enterprise AI vendor products.
• Evaluate capabilities, gather user needs and feedback, and turn them into priorities and requirements.
• Coordinate technical and non-technical teams to integrate external tools into a controlled enterprise environment.
• Prototype dashboards or other lightweight solutions to support evaluation and decision-making.
• Help build and manage a small team maintaining and supporting the product portfolio.
