Job summary

Onward Search partners with a leading entertainment and hospitality company to recruit a Lead Product Manager for a 18-month temp assignment based onsite two days per week in Celebration, FL. You will drive digital product strategies, translate ideas into plans, and oversee launches.

Collaborate with Technology, Design, and Business teams in an Agile environment, leverage analytics, present updates to stakeholders, and ensure product excellence across guest-facing experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital industry supporting customer-centric experiences.
• 7+ years of product management experience with global or national brands.
• Experience partnering with Technology, Design, and Business teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

We’re partnering with our client, a leading entertainment and hospitality company, to find a talented Lead Product Manager. This temp role is based onsite two days per week and is expected to last over 18 months. Lead Product Manager Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in the digital industry supporting customer‑centric experiences.
• At least 7 years of product management experience supporting global or national brands.
• Proven ability to partner with Technology, Design, and Business teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to inform decisions.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; experience with consumer digital commerce platforms preferred.
