Job summary

Tenna is seeking a Product Manager to own the ELD and fleet compliance roadmap, aligning hardware, software, and regulatory needs. You will translate ideas into features and acceptance criteria, collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver customer-valued capabilities.

You’ll drive KPIs, write user stories, and partner with Marketing, Support, and regulatory stakeholders to stay ahead of FMCSA mandates and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' analytical/product-focused experience.
• 5+ years' Product Manager experience.
• 2+ years writing user stories and epics.
• Experience with ELD, FMCSA rules, and HOS.
• B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• IoT, fleet management, or construction tech exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/IT/Design/Economics or equivalent.
• Ability to create clear process docs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the entire feature/product lifecycle from planning to launch.
• Owns and prioritizes the ELD/HOS compliance roadmap and related features.
• Translates concepts into specs, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Writes user stories/epics and validates with acceptance tests.
• Partners with Engineering and hardware/telematics to ensure compliance workflows.
• Defines goals/KPIs and drives strategies to deliver customer value.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Customer Success, and Regulatory teams for GTM.
• Tracks regulatory changes and translates updates into product requirements.
