Tenna is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision and roadmap for the ELD and fleet compliance product line, collaborating with software, hardware, and design teams.
You will translate concepts into features and acceptance criteria, own the backlog, and work with engineering to ensure regulatory alignment, data accuracy, and a smooth user experience.
This role requires strong communication, customer empathy, and experience in IoT, FMCSA requirements, and B2B SaaS.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in an analytical, product-focused role.
- 5+ years delivering products as a Product Manager.
- 2+ years writing user stories and defining epics.
- Experience with ELD products and FMCSA regulations.
- Experience in IoT, construction tech, fleet management or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS or related STEM field.
Responsibilities
- Leads and manages the entire feature lifecycle from planning to launch.
- Owns the product roadmap for ELD and HOS compliance features.
- Creates product specifications: wireframes, workflows, acceptance criteria, personas.
- Defines and prioritizes the backlog; writes user stories and acceptance tests.
- Collaborates with Engineering and hardware/telematics teams for compliance workflows.
- Defines KPIs and drives strategies to maximize customer value.
