Walmart is seeking a product leader to own the Spark Driver earnings experience within the Last Mile Delivery org. You will shape how drivers understand, track, and receive their earnings, partnering across Pricing, Tipping, Tax, Accounting, and Compliance to deliver a cohesive, transparent experience.

You will drive roadmaps, PRDs, and KPI-driven decisions while collaborating with Engineering and Analytics to maintain trust and scale impact for thousands of drivers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area; 7 years’ experience in product management.
• Or 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Responsabilidades

• Lead coordination of all Earnings UI touchpoints for drivers, ensuring clarity, transparency, and ease of earning across the platform.
• Serve as the go-to partner to ensure earnings information is thoughtfully designed and implemented when upstream or partner teams introduce new capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering and Analytics to ensure KPIs are upheld.
• Own updates to core driver-facing experiences (e.g., trip summaries, earnings breakdowns, and incentive displays) to improve comprehension and trust.
• Support regional and regulatory earnings transparency requirements, ensuring compliance with evolving disclosure laws.
• Define, develop, and enhance products by building clear roadmaps, writing PRDs, managing delivery, and evaluating performance against KPIs.
