Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Manager, Program Management, Spark Earnings Excellence to lead cross-functional program coordination and execution. The role focuses on accountability, data-driven planning, and mentoring associates to drive operational excellence across programs.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, legal, compliance, operations, and product teams to deliver results that meet company standards. The position emphasizes continuous improvement and transparent stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Convert priorities into an integrated quarterly/annual strategy roadmap with outcomes, owners, dependencies and measures.
• Maintain the roadmap and identify slippage, conflicts and required course corrections.
• Maintain the operating-model architecture: service catalog, taxonomy, RACIs, decision rights and key interfaces.
• Assess proposed organizational/process changes for impacts to these artifacts before implementation.
• Coordinate the annual and quarterly strategy process: strategic whitepapers, pillar goals, KPI frameworks, maturity aspirations and roadmap refreshes.
