Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own a core platform area from discovery to post-launch iterations. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, design, go-to-market, and customers in a B2B SaaS setting with API-driven surfaces and data-heavy workflows.

You’ll write precise specs, run sprint planning with engineers, and define metrics like activation, retention, and adoption using Amplitude or Mixpanel. Collaboration with teams on API design and rollout plans is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of product management experience, incl. 2 years owning a technical or API-driven product.
• Ability to write precise product specs and communicate tradeoffs to engineering and executives.
• Hands-on SQL and analytics tooling experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Experience shipping products through a full lifecycle: 0-to-1 or major migrations with measurable adoption.
• Strong understanding of agile/scrum, API concepts, and system design basics.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for a core platform area with quarterly planning and clear success metrics.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and technical requirement docs; run backlog grooming and sprint planning with engineering leads.
• Conduct customer discovery to validate problems before committing roadmap capacity.
• Define and instrument product metrics using Amplitude, Mixpanel, or SQL dashboards; report progress monthly to leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering on API design, schema changes, integration patterns, and build-vs-buy tradeoffs.
• Coordinate launches with marketing, sales, and customer success, including positioning and rollout plans.
• Run A/B tests and post-launch reviews to validate hypotheses and kill what isn’t working.
