Job summary

Alivo is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of the platform by defining product priorities and managing the roadmap. You will translate customer needs into product experiences, collaborating with the founder, customers, and engineering to drive growth and differentiation.

You’ll own analytics, conduct customer interviews, and guide AI-powered features from concept to delivery, balancing business outcomes with user value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience shipping software products.
• Experience writing product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Experience with AI, LLMs, or AI-powered software products.
• Eligible to work in the United States and resides there.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Strategy & Roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Translate customer needs into clearly defined product requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to ensure features are delivered.
• Build analytics dashboards to monitor product performance.
• Conduct customer interviews and market research to inform decisions.
• Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for AI features.
