Job summary

Raft is seeking a Technical Product Manager to support customers through the CI/CD and DevSecOps lifecycle, acting as a generalist on pipelines and security requirements across hundreds of applications.

You will work with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, manage backlogs, and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring security and platform integration while enabling rapid delivery and value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with Software Lifecycle management including Platform and Infrastructure
• Experience in Product Management, Backlog management, and Stakeholder management
• Ability to prioritize, create roadmaps, and facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies
• Ability to communicate technical approaches clearly
• Deep understanding of Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for large enterprises
• Experience in Technical Customer Service and escalation management
• Security+ certification obtainable within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Journey from a DevSecOps CI/CD perspective
• Act as a generalist on CI/CD pipelines and security requirements
• Understand the supported products and platform deeply
