Versapay is seeking a documentation lead to own the product documentation surface across in‑product Help and internal runbooks, and to shape an AI‑assisted pipeline from tickets, PRs, and demos.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to capture how features work, define success metrics, and drive adoption across customers and internal teams. This is a senior role requiring practical LLM shipping experience.
