Job summary

Procore is seeking a Product Manager to join our Document Management team in Austin, TX. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle for document management features within our enterprise SaaS platform, collaborating with engineering, UX, and product marketing to turn complex requirements into intuitive workflows.

You’ll lead discovery with customers, write precise PRDs, maintain a healthy backlog, and guide launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong ability to craft precise requirements that engineers can implement without ambiguity.
• Excellent communication across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Document Management features end-to-end from discovery through launch, owning the full product lifecycle.
• Write clear, precise product requirements and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
• Lead end-user customer conversations, synthesize findings, and translate them into grounded product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to balance technical constraints and UX trade-offs for powerful, intuitive enterprise solutions.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and manage stakeholder demands with clear rationale.
• Support go-to-market launches with product marketing and enablement, ensuring customer adoption.
• Track post-launch adoption and data to inform iterations and roadmap decisions.
• Develop knowledge of how AECO industry customers use document management platforms and related standards.
