Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap and success of our document conversion and enrichment technologies, driving efficiency in litigation review. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with design, engineering, and sales to translate customer needs into impactful features and outcomes.

The role emphasizes cloud‑focused architecture, strong customer empathy, and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.

Responsibilities

Drive short‑ and long‑term roadmap of document conversion and enrichment teams by collaborating with internal and external end users, engineering, enablement, and sales teams.
Work with other data enrichment product managers and stakeholders to create a cohesive enrichment architecture to improve user experience of processing and other enrichment consumers.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase adoption of document conversion technology and articulate its benefits.
Ensure customers have successful experiences by assisting enablement teams and removing barriers to adoption.
