Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap and success of our document conversion and enrichment technology, driving efficiency in litigation review. The role requires deep customer empathy, collaboration with design and development, and strong data-driven decision making.

You will champion cloud architecture understanding, navigate ambiguity, and work with Stakeholders across engineering, sales, and customer success to deliver impactful product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.
• Experience in product management for developer-facing platform products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive short- and long-term roadmap of document conversion and enrichment teams by collaborating with end users, engineering, enablement, and sales.
• Create a cohesive enrichment architecture to improve user experience of processing and enrichment consumers.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase adoption of document conversion technology and articulate its benefits.
• Ensure customers have successful experiences by supporting enablement teams and addressing adoption barriers.
