Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap and success of our document conversion and enrichment technology, enabling faster litigation review. You will partner with engineering, design, and sales to translate customer needs into scalable capabilities.

The role requires customer empathy, data-driven decision making, and strong communication as you own the product backlog and align stakeholders across teams in a fast-paced cloud platform environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or design or comparable work experience.
Experience in developer-facing platform products and agile environments.
Strong ability to analyze data to drive product health and goals.

Responsibilities

Drive short- and long-term roadmap of document conversion and enrichment teams with internal/external users and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase adoption and articulate benefits of document conversion and enrichment.
Ensure customer success by addressing barriers to adoption and aligning stakeholders on product vision.
Track and report key product metrics relevant to the domain and outcomes.
