Qualifications

• 3+ years of independently owning cross-functional initiatives in program or product management.
• Proven ability to draft clear PRDs and BRDs.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; translate objectives into actions.
• Proficient in PowerPoint for exec presentations.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive critical work streams for the Distributor Sales Acceleration program from end-to-end.
• Develop detailed project plans for defined business issues and execute with minimal oversight.
• Coordinate high-priority initiatives across product teams, commerce operations, and external partners.
• Validate AI-assisted content for accuracy, terminology, and functional alignment, ensuring content integrity.
• Navigate fast-paced environments to proactively address downstream blockers and unassigned tasks.
