Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Warehouse Automation to own the functional definition for next-gen warehouse systems across multiple sites in San Francisco, Rocklin, San Jose and Phoenix. Hybrid work model supports on-site collaboration with operations and tech teams.

You will lead requirements, write detailed acceptance criteria, and partner with QA, engineering, and field teams to ensure successful deployments and measurable improvements in throughput and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain product management or operations for parcel warehouse automation.
• Experience with Warehouse Automation including ASRS, sortation, MHE and Goods-to-Person picking.
• Experience with WMS/WES and warehouse system migrations requiring onsite training.
• Experience creating functional use cases and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
