Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in digital, SaaS, or platform environments.
• End-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.
• Strong in product discovery, including customer research and experimentation.
• Ability to operate in a modern product operating model with empowered teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision aligned to customer needs and Penske objectives.
• Develop a product strategy and roadmap grounded in outcomes.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs and ensure alignment to value and customer impact.
• Lead product discovery with customer interviews, field research, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to test, validate, and iterate solutions.
• Translate strategy into well-defined problems, priorities, and engineering backlog.
• Own product performance and drive optimization based on data and feedback.
