Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking a Data & AI Products Manager to lead the strategy, adoption, and value realization of data and AI products. You will partner with PQS, Operations, and technical teams to translate operational needs into measurable outcomes and scale solutions from prototype to production.

You will drive adoption, collaborate across Data Eng, Data Science, Cloud Eng, Security, and IT, and focus on delivering tangible business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field required.
Minimum of 4 years of product management, technology, analytics, data, or related functional experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience managing Data, AI, analytics, or software products preferred.
Advanced product management skills, business and analytical capabilities, execution and operating skills, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Owns product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned Data and AI products from validation through production.
Partners with PQS, Operations, and stakeholders to understand needs, define problems, and set priorities.
Collaborates with Data Engineering, Data Science, Cloud Engineering, Security, IT to plan delivery and scale solutions.
Owns product adoption, stakeholder communication, training, change management, and ongoing engagement to drive value realization.
Measures business value and outcomes to inform roadmap decisions and improve performance.
