Job summary

Montefiore Health System is seeking a Digital Associate Product Manager to define new digital journeys and experiences, improving patient access and clinician focus. You will own product vision, collaborate with executives, and drive adoption of scalable digital solutions across a large health system.

You will influence cross-functional teams, deploy data-driven decisions, and measure success metrics, shaping the future of digital care delivery at Montefiore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years as Digital Product Owner or Digital Product Manager in a complex enterprise.
• Experience working with a variety of digital solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactively defining a user challenge.
• Ability to break-down, evaluate, and prioritize complex problems.
• Success in leading complex deployments across end-users.
• Quantitative aptitude and ability to build business cases.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Define solution set with end-users and technology.
• Engage and lead senior leaders in design and implementation discussions.
• Utilize data and conduct end-user research and market analysis to prioritize solutions and features.
• Proactively identify new ideas and define methods to rapidly test and validate.
• Own product vision, strategies, and roadmap in context of broader goals.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver product experiences.
• Define and measure success metrics for features.
