Job summary

JetBlue is seeking a Product Manager for Experimentation and Optimization to lead discovery, backlog, and delivery of digital tests across assigned journeys. You will work with Commercial and e-commerce teams to translate opportunities into actionable requirements and measurable experiments that drive conversion and loyalty.

The role requires a hybrid setup with collaboration across Product, Design, Analytics, Engineering, Technology, and Commercial partners to deliver impactful digital

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience delivering digital products and cross-functional work.
• Experience with product discovery, backlog, and user stories.
• Experience using data and experiments to inform decisions.
• Experience supporting digital tests and optimization initiatives.
• Willing to travel occasionally and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, backlog, and delivery for digital tests and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate opportunities into requirements.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog and roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Define success metrics, hypotheses, acceptance criteria, and readouts.
• Own tests from intake to readout with revenue, loyalty, or experience impact.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Analytics, Design, and Commercial partners.
• Track performance and communicate learnings and next actions.
