Job summary

KAYAK is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of its experimentation platform from Concord, MA with hybrid work expectations. You will own the roadmap, define future testing use cases, and partner with Engineering, Data, and Product to deliver a scalable platform that enables faster, more trusted decision-making.

You will work with a cross-functional team to translate complex needs into clear requirements, set success metrics, and drive adoption across stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the experimentation platform and align with business goals.
• Define and communicate product direction from current capabilities to future testing use cases.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Product teams to shape features and plans.
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements and initiatives.
• Define success metrics, drive adoption, and improve the platform based on data and feedback.
• Improve experiment setup, execution, monitoring, analysis, and decision workflows.
